The secretariat of the association has been managed by Giovanna Fontana since 1 November 2017.

Tasks of the association’s secretariat:

  • processing admission requests
  • communicating with members (individual enquiries, e-mail circulars, etc.)
  • taking care of membership administration and collecting membership dues
  • organising the General Meeting and taking the respective minutes
